Education: BTech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive Engineering
Job Profile
- Managing multiple assembly automation projects – driving timelines, quality, customer requirements and budgets
- Developing a detailed execution plan based on material and effort budgets
- Working with senior team to manage resource allocation
- Working with the delivery team in executing the project as per plan
- Following execution processes and meeting set milestones
- Identifying bottlenecks, risks and resolving issues proactively to meet timelines and budgets
- Track projects against predefined project failure modes and report out any deviations
- Frequently tracking and reporting on project status; sending out project status reports to senior management and customers
Desired Profile
- Mechanical or Instrumentation engineers with background in building assembly automation systems for automotive industry
- Energetic with very good communication skills; ability to liaise and coordinate with diverse technical and non-technical staff
- Good planning, time management skills; Ability to prioritize and delegate activities to ensure closure
- Process driven, with creativity to suggest and implement process improvements
- Proactive in identifying risks and controlling them before they affect delivery
- Ability to take data-driven justifiable decisions in a challenging environment under pressure
