new or modified assembling methodology and identify

inspection/quality control methodologies with
an overall objective to increase the production

For product design, we study the existing products
in the market, identify features to be incorporated
and their value proposition in the marketplace,
study industry design standards and regulatory
norms.
Requirement scoping
Based on our process/product/market study, we
work with you in capturing design requirements
and testing methodologies. Our experience in building
different engineering applications help us think
through the application with you and provide inputs
and suggestions. The resulting requirements are
checked to see if they are complete and unambiguous.
Design Conceptualization
Our design teams come out with design alternatives
based on the requirements. Internal brainstorming
sessions ensure that these concepts are discussed
in detail to verify their feasibility and efficiency.
We work with you in discussing these concepts
further, analysing their pros and cons before
finalising on the concept to be built upon.
Failure mode, standards
analysis
The design concept is analysed in the background
of the requirement and usage methodology to identify
risks and reduce the probability of failure. Redressal
of failure modes is captured in the design and
tracked through the project.
Electro-Mechanical design
We design the layout of the complete system or
the product with operational constraints in mind.
The mechanical framework and the interlock mechanism
between mechanicals and electronics is frozen.
Based on this framework, we identify key modules
in the system.
Control architecture
We design the control algorithm bearing in mind
the measurements that need to be performed, control
sequence, identify the I/Os, interfacing mechanism
and the test plan.
Detailed design and component
selection
We detail the design, finalise the third party
material to be procured and freeze the layout.
We procure/fabricate materials as required.
Prototype/product/system
Generation
For new product development or new-concept development,
a prototype is built and feedback is obtained.
The system/product is built by integrating the
electromechanical and control systems.
Integration Testing
The system/product is tested at a module and integrated
level to ensure specifications are met.
Delivery and training
The system or product is installed at your location.
Our integration and maintenance teams work in
tandem with the customer team to demonstrate the
operation and ensure a smooth handover. Requisite
training and user manuals are provided.
